At Miraal Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality, carefully crafted products. Due to the nature of our organic and personal care items, we maintain a strict yet fair refund and exchange policy to ensure product hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The request is made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To initiate a request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used products

Products with tampered or broken seals

Change of mind after order confirmation

Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not available

Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:

Bank transfer, orย Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa / JazzCash)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.

Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged for the same product (if available)

Miraal Organics will cover delivery charges only if the issue is due to our error

In other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

Please recheck your bank or wallet account
